For any product purchased on our website, you may apply for a return within 18 days after the item has been shipped. The conditions for returns are as follows:

2. The product must not be a custom-made item.

If the return is due to quality issues, wrong delivery, or missing items, all associated costs will be borne by us. For all other cases, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility.
